Shri Krishna Geet Gavalan Sandhya’ on September 3 Special musical evening to mark Janmashtami

Nagpur, September 1: To celebrate Shri Krishna Janmashtami, ‘Shri Krishna Geet Gavalan Sandhya’ will be held at Kavivarya Suresh Bhat Sabhagruha, Reshimbagh, on Thursday, September 3, at 6.30 pm. The programme is being organised for the fifth consecutive year.

Presented by Surbhakti Sangeet in association with Tandav Creation, Kalakar Manch and Mahamrityunjay Kalyankari Sanstha, the evening will feature devotional performances by a group of singers, accompanied by musicians playing tabla, flute, harmonium, keyboard, shehnai, drums, dholak, guitar and other instruments.

Entry is free. The organisers have appealed to devotees, music lovers and citizens to attend the programme in large numbers and enjoy the devotional musical evening.
